Andhra Pradesh:

Eligibility:

Rural families identified based on Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 data

Urban families with white ration cards

Implementation:

The scheme is being implemented by the Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust under the National Health Mission, Andhra Pradesh.

Empaneled Hospitals:

As of March 2023, 186 hospitals (108 public and 78 private) are empaneled under PM-JAY in Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Medical College Hospitals

District Hospitals

KIMS Hospitals (Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada)

Vivekananda Hospitals (Hyderabad, Nellore)

PM-JAY Beneficiary Numbers:

Around 26.6 lakh families have been identified as PM-JAY beneficiaries in Andhra Pradesh.

Telangana:

Eligibility:

Rural families identified based on SECC 2011 data

Urban families with Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) ration cards

Implementation:

The scheme is being implemented by the Aarogyasri Health Care Trust under the National Health Mission, Telangana.

Empaneled Hospitals:

As of March 2023, 261 hospitals (122 public and 139 private) are empaneled under PM-JAY in Telangana.

Major Hospitals:

Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (Hyderabad)

Gandhi Hospital (Hyderabad)

Yashoda Hospitals (Hyderabad, Secunderabad)

Continental Hospitals (Hyderabad, Gachibowli)

PM-JAY Beneficiary Numbers:

Around 28.8 lakh families have been identified as PM-JAY beneficiaries in Telangana.

Both states have issued PM-JAY e-cards and set up networks of empaneled hospitals to provide cashless treatment up to Rs. 5 lakhs per family annually to eligible beneficiaries.
